Click the puzzle icon at the top of the list, then select "Plugin Center."
Find the "Batch File UTF8 Encoding Converter" in the "Conversion and Compression" category and click the "Install" button.
After installation is complete, close the Plugin Center window.
Select the .txt file that displays abnormally.
Press the "P" key on your keyboard, or right-click and select "Plugins," then choose "Batch File UTF8 Encoding Converter."
Click the "Convert Encoding" button, then click the "Confirm" button again.
Once completed, open the txt file again to see it display correctly.

Method 2: Use a Third-Party Text Editor to Save as UTF-8 Encoding

If you have other text editors (such as Notepad++), you can use these tools to save the file with UTF-8 encoding:

Open your text editor.
Import the txt file that needs to be converted.
Select the "Save As" option, and in the save dialog box, choose UTF-8 as the encoding format.
After saving, re-import it into Eagle to check if it displays correctly.

Important Notes

After converting the encoding, the original file will be overwritten, so make sure you have backups of important files.
