Steps to Set Up Auto-Import

1. Create a Monitoring Path

Create a dedicated monitoring folder on your computer, for example C:\autoimport.

2. Enable Eagle's Auto-Import Feature

Open Eagle software, click the main menu in the upper left corner, and select "Preferences"
Select "Auto Import" in the left sidebar and check the "Enable Auto Import" option
Select the monitoring folder you just created (e.g., C:\autoimport)
Click "Save Settings" to complete the configuration

3. Using the Auto-Import Feature

After setup is complete, Eagle will automatically create a folder with the same name as your current library in the specified monitoring path (e.g., C:\autoimport)
Place the files you want to add to that library into the corresponding subfolder (e.g., C:\autoimport\TEST_CN)
Eagle will automatically import these files when the corresponding library is open
When you need to auto-import files to other libraries (such as "Tasks"), simply open that library in Eagle, and the system will automatically create a subfolder with the same name in the monitoring path (e.g., C:\autoimport\Tasks)

Important Notes

Only regular files that Eagle supports for preview can be auto-imported
Documents without extensions or system hidden documents starting with "." cannot be imported
Asset packages (eaglepack) or subfolders placed in the monitoring folder cannot be auto-imported
